Structural Poverty

This is structural poverty- the salaries of the poor remain at a cap, even the salaries of the educated are low, the design and execution of social programs to assist the poor in trinidad keep them poor.

The house is kept broken down and patched together i gave a view of around the entire house the gates are weak and do not keep structural poverty from affecting what is attempted to be protected inside. The  symbols suggest different forms of hegemony and the foundation is built on structural poverty, this is the home of one of my families.
